Problems with our subscribed titles. Capilano University

Dear CEL

Students are having problems accessing titles off campus for these records in our catalogue.

Can you help me identify what might be the problem?

Maryann,

Both of those titles are working correctly when accessed directly in desLibris and neither of those titles are particularly long to incur such a delay.

If you are still having the issue this morning I would like to arrange a Go To meeting to see what is happening from your side.
